About Rae~Ven

I am a soul midwife, subtle energy channel and therapist, plant spirit medicine practitioner and ceremonialist, and unity consciousness guide. I am certified and trained in shamanic and energy medicine and am a Usui Holy Fire Reiki master. I am an Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Specialist and a student of Vedic Astrology. My work with the plant spirits is a result of direct immersion and personal spiritual work with Mother Earth, Elementals and the sacred master plant teachers and their wisdom guiding and blessing my path. 

I guide souls through portals of transition and into expansion and growth, and I empower people through subtle energy education. I work from Sacred Feminine principles of deep heart presence, deep heart listening and healing through the alchemy of ceremony and radically empty sacred space of Great Mother, Great Mystery, Unknown. I sense and commune with the finest essence of energy ( soul, emotion, aspects, spirits, and subtle realms. It is the most subtle presence and deepest wound that is the most pronounced to me. I am aware of the subtle energy in all moments and situations and guide people in how to navigate and become empowered through subtle energy in their own life. I am a guide into embodied presence and awakening the inner alchemist.

My sacred gifts of claircognizance, clairsentience, and channeling are how I commune with the worlds to discover the source of disharmony and disease within physical, emotional, mental, spiritual bodies, and within the soul.  I believe that we must feel in order to truly heal and that we must cultivate space and deeper understanding to allow ourselves to feel.  I believe that all humans are empathic, just some are more attuned to this sense than others, and we all can become more attuned. I believe that empowered empathic channels and boundaries are key to humanity's higher evolutionary path of existence.

My philosophy is that there is always an energetic root and core, and a soul side, to all situations, issues, or disease, wherein lies a key for resolution and overall healing. There is always a potential path available for growth and healing that we are not always aware of or able to see. Humans are creatures of resonance and are multidimensional beings. Opening and attuning to the invisible truths and frequencies of BEing expands consciousness and creates space for deeper understanding, cultivating inner peace and harmony. Embodied presence and sacred timing are the secret ingredients to Earth Soul Alchemy,  bringing light into the darkest of places and transforming reality.  

My spirit name is Rae~Ven, birthed from my given name Shanna Rae Barnard. One day, I began to hear it over and over in my head, raven raven raven. I turned it away because I didn't understand it and didn't want to deal with another name. It went away for a bit, but then came back and this time it showed me its meaning through the spelling. 

Rae represents Earth. The tilda ~ represents Water and connection. Ven represents Spirit. 

As I received the frequency of this meaning and symbolism, the name clicked inside me and I felt immediate resonance with my Soul. Energetically it carried an expansive frequency and I could feel it holding me and in a way protecting me.

I share this with you because this is who I am, I see and support the becoming of each Souls unique Earth~Spirit connection. Through sacred and cultivated working relationships with spiritual allies and divine earth and cosmic energies, we co-create a pathway for your becoming.
