Welcome to the activation and remembrance of your worth. You have chosen You on this dedicated day of LOVE. You have chosen to know and experience your worth through Self, rather than through Other, because you know that is where it lives.
I am very honored to be on this journey of Waking Up Worth with you. You will be learning so much about yourself in a short amount of time. You will immerse yourself in the essence of your worth with one chakra for 2 days, before moving onto the next. These are very focused meditations with the intention of illuminating blocks around your Cup of Worth, in order to see them and to free them and to live more fully from your Cup of Worth.
There are 7 sections below. One section for each chakra. The section will be updated with a message, mantra, and zoom recording soon after the live meditation of that current chakra. Let us now look to our chakras to guide us into healing, feeling, and filling our Cup of Worth. YOU ARE WORTH IT!
DAY 1 & 2 / ROOT CHAKRA
I AM
Root chakra provides us with the activation of your I AM, the foundation for your full BEing in this body. Do you hold a big I AM , or do you hold a small i am. Close your eyes and feel this in your body.
Wear red these two days, in some form, to remind you of the ceremony of your worth and your current focus with root chakra. Notice what arises for you in these two days. It is all informing you of the essence of your root chakra worth.
LAM - the seed sound for the root chakra. You may focus on your root chakra and tone this seed sound. At the end of the seed sound , hold the ‘m’ and then round it out into an ‘n’ by moving the tongue to the roof of the mouth as you make the tone.
Root Chakra Mantras - I am worthy of belonging. I am worthy of belonging to mySelf, and that is enough. I am worthy of safety and security in all realms of my life and being. I am worth of a secure and stable home. I am securely held within my own love.
REFLECTIONS from day 1&2:
The journey leading up to this ceremony triggered trauma in my body. Chaos filled my system and my brain. The night before the ceremony, I felt an old trauma pattern of escape come over me. I wanted to run, drive, go somewhere and hide. Yesterday I felt intense abandonment by Earth home and family. I felt no intimate connection to home or family on Earth. That longing is a familiar one for me, but for the first time, I was able to be with that inside myself and hold that deep soul feeling in my nervous system, as if searching for it within me, rather than outside of me. I share this with you because the truth is, the wounds of our worth are so very deep. These journeys are meant to take you into those places with utmost tenderness and consideration of the trauma that may be living there. Go so so gently and go only to the places your nervous system is ready for. Let the ruby mountain of Mother Earth’s root chakra heal you. Everything you ever need is inside of you.
DAY 3 & 4 / SACRAL CHAKRA
I FEEL (I AM CREATIVE, CREATOR, CREATRIX)
Sensuality IS sacral chakra. It reminds us that we are a FEELING being and body. Sacral chakra invites you to slow your pace and your thinking and welcome the sensuality of each moment.
Wear a bit of the color today or buy an orange flower to remind you of the ceremony of your worth within the sacral chakra.
Pick up an orange fruit, close your eyes and awaken your senses with feeling the texture of the fruit and smelling the vibrant citrus. Breathe this vibrancy into your sacral chakra.
Sacral Chakra mantras: I am worthy of pleasure. I am worthy of feeling pleasure. I am worthy of receiving pleasure. I am worthy of an abundance of pleasure. I am worthy of monetary abundance. I am worthy of holding my own worth.
REFLECTIONS from day 3&4:
Life is the most precious experience in the Universe. You are precious life. That is your worth. It is exponential. It is unquantifiable.

The Wind today , in Portland, was mighty and unrelenting. I stepped out for lunch and it caught my breath . What a surprise! It kept blowing open the door of the reflexology spa. I came back from my lunch and could not get in. At first I thought it was stuck. I tugged a couple of times. Not budging. The Wind was cold. I had my hot lunch in my hands. I was running right on time to eat my warm lunch inside just before my next client. (The door is never locked in the middle of the day). The owner is usually sitting right inside the door at the desk, not to mention the waiting area is right there. No-one was around. I waited about 5 min but time was ticking and I still had time to eat my lunch. So wasn’t going to stand there and let my lunch get cold, or me. I shifted directions, of mind and body, and ran back to my car to get warm and eat my lunch. After I finished eating, I darted through the cold wild free Wind, the 1/2 block back to the spa, from my warm car. The owner was there to let me in. He had locked the door to keep the Wind from blowing it open. I began to feel this powerful energy inside of me. The powerful natural force of my creativity, in a way being locked out from the world, and relentlessly searching for doors to open and enter. I never felt too rushed by this Wind power, never too whipped. I felt Her strength with me, seamlessly and intimately, and I felt this was enough, and through this feeling of enough-ness within me, the doors into the world will open.

DAY 5 & 6 / SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA
I DO (I AM PURPOSEFUL)
As you immerse into the ceremony of your worth with Solar Plexus, imagine sunflower’s petals emerging from this energy center, naturally beaming out , opening in the most gentle and easy way.
RAM - the seed sound for the solar plexus chakra. You may focus on your solar plexus chakra and tone this seed sound.
Words to work with: I am worthy of my purpose. I am worthy of vitality of purpose. I am worthy of being purposeful. I am my purpose. I feel my value in me and in the world.
Reflections from Day 5 & 6:
WORTH IS NOT WORK. Worth is not the effort of reaching beyond one’s boundaries. You do not have to prove your worth, you only have to remember it, and then you effortlessly illuminate all spaces you choose to be in.
YOUR PURPOSE IS VITAL. Your purpose is natural , like the sunflower’s purpose. You are a sunflower; strong, bright, and vital.
I was gifted a carton of eggs today by a woman whose worth power I can clearly feel and sense. She is incredibly kind, has very gentle spirit, and is brave and strong and confident. She is very thoughtful, always thinking of others. Her integrity is high. She works full time at the reflexology spa. She is saving for a missionary trip to Ukraine. She enjoys doing Reiki and spiritual counseling and would love to do more of it. I share things in common with her. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and awareness, and kindness. It is consistent. I also really appreciate being gifted the golden yellow yolk of 12 eggs by the Universe and Mother Earth as a message of the essence of my worth. In the beautiful energy of paying it forward (as this dear woman was gifted eggs and she herself had an overflow). Her worth power overflow-eth through the eggs she gifted me …..on day 6 of solar plexus.
DAY 7 & 8 / HEART CHAKRA
I LOVE (I AM LOVE)
You may consider to wear the colors you FEEL in these heart chakra, cup of worth, ceremony days. As you decide what to put on for your day, you may even close your eyes, check in with your heart cup of worth, open your eyes and notice the color you are drawn to, incorporating that color into your attire for the day.
YAM - heart chakra seed sound. feel into your heart chakra and the essence of your cup of worth, and make the YAM seed sound 3x.

REFLECTIONS FROM DAY 7 & 8:
I woke up on day 7 with stomach pains, which began for me on day 6 of solar plexus. I knew something deeper was rising from this self worth chakra journey. Old pattern behaviors accompanied the pain. Patterns of ‘checking out’ usually put me in negative mental cycles of ‘I should have this , or I should have that’. Instead, I woke up the first day of heart chakra with total compassion for my patterns. I was present in compassion and love with my actions and all that body and being were processing as a result. I have never felt this level of compassion for myself. I felt the critique quell and the compassion swell, and new sense of peace was with me.
DAY 9 & 10 / THROAT CHAKRA
I EXPRESS ( I AM EXPRESSIVE)
Throat Chakra is the chakra of expressing one’s truth in a clear way, where it flows like the rivers of Earth, received by other bodies of water, and imperative to the growth and evolution of all things.
You might feel called to wear bright colors of blue during these ceremony days of throat chakra and your cup of worth. Notice also what shade of blue calls to you.
Notice the expressions of truth around you in Nature during these days. Maybe it is the sky, or the water, a plant or a flower.
HAM - seed sound for throat chakra.
Words to work with - I am worthy of expressing my truth. I am worthy of being heard, felt, noticed. I am worthy of my truth. I am my truth.
REFLECTIONS FROM DAY 9 & 10:
I have always been challenged with clearly communicating and expressing my truth in a way that is structured and can be received by others. This comes from having an unsettled nervous system and a lot of creative energy with no support in my own body for it. It felt good over these two throat chakra ceremony days, to witness myself clearly communicate my truth and to feel the support of my own nervous system in doing so.
DAY 11 & 12 / THIRD EYE CHAKRA
I SEE (I AM INSIGHTFUL)
Third Eye chakra is the chakra of clarity of truth, of seeing your own truth as well as others truth clearly. It is the chakra of clearly envisioning one’s future, as well as seeing in the eyes of non-judgment.
You may gravitate towards the color of indigo in these ceremony days. I also associate it with a ray of deep purple/blue colors.
Words to work with - I am worthy of clearly seeing my truth. I am worthy of my visionary gifts. I am worthy of the power of my true insight. I am worthy of being seen without judgement. I am worthy of being seen in the clarity of my truth.
REFLECTIONS OF DAY 11 & 12
In this healing growing journey of soul on earth, one becomes more and more sensitive. My mental chatter has been increasing rather than decreasing at times recently, and after over a decade of dedicated meditation and clearing rituals. But it is different than before. I have more discernment and clarity of the chatter. I also have more separation from it, I do not identify with the mental chatter as I once did. I have recently felt it as a river of chatter which I can feel move through my energy field. It is so dense that it creates a wave like movement in my physical body. I can clearly hear chatter and most of it is negative, and or the most random thoughts that I would never think of myself. I know this is a collective channel, river, cloud like form that my psyche is picking up. I recognize it as a powerful force of presence and control in the world. I also know that I have spent my life attached to this force, or very much within its power field. So this river of chatter and the way I am experiencing feels like a personal liberation from it. I am more identified with my spirit than I am it, and my clairaudience is getting stronger. I see that self love inner alchemy, healing the inner war, healing boundaries/empowering discernment are ingredients for clarity.
DAY 13 & 14 / CROWN CHAKRA
I KNOW (I KNOW I AM)
Crown chakra allows us to be in connection with our divinity and the divine in all things. It allows to be in communion with spiritual realms and beings and to be at one with Universal Life Force energy.
You may find yourself gravitating towards softness in these ceremony days of your worth and crown chakra. Softness of color, of connection, of sound, and space.
Words to work with - I am worthy of Oneness. I am worthy of clear spiritual communion with all things. I am worthy of knowing my worth.
AHM - the seed sound for crown chakra. tone this seed sound each day to bring clarity to your crown chakra.
REFLECTIONS of DAY 13 & 14:
I have realized that for my crown chakra to really open and to be in clear connection with spirit, I require a lot of space and a particular space. I need to feel the calm of my nervous system, settling with my body and the moment. I have found these very clear moments in these crown chakra worth ceremony days. I feel a culmination of my self worth journey and the story of being worthy of having space. I am worthy of the space my spirit requires to be here in her peace.
