HLF Therapy Sessions are soul attunements and energy healing experiences that work somatically and through the chakra system to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into alignment. These sessions gently restore your natural capacity for emotional processing and energetic balance, creating harmony throughout your whole being.

At a pace that feels right for you, we focus on nervous system repair, emotional regulation, somatic awareness, and foundational restoration. Through this process, your systems begin to re-sync and move into greater synergy and ease.

Each session is a channeled energetic attunement, activated through your unique Heart Light Frequency and guided by your intentions.

*HLF is designed to awaken, strengthen, and increase the efficiency of empathic processing and open the dimension of the wisdom system, restoring synergy and divine order throughout all the body systems for optimal whole healing. It is especially supportive to highly sensitive and/or neurodivergent folks and children, helping them with more ease in emotional processing and expression and less emotional crisis.

*The healing current is a coded frequency unique to you, the Holy Trinity of Heart Light — Cosmos, Earth, and You (Above, Below, Within) — aligning you with the Core Creation energies that support your evolution and inner harmony.

*The sessions are called in through ceremony with a personal altar.. We begin with a checking in and reading from the altar and your energy, intuitive conversation flow, emotional alchemy process tending to the rising feeling, followed by HLF energy healing. The energy will have messages during the session via spiritual energies. A recap of the session will be emailed to you to support your complete integration with integration guidance.

*the 3 days following the healing are very sacred time for integrating and making real time changes. the email recap of the session will guide you into maximizing this sacred integration time.

This offering supports deeper tending or more complex unravelings (which may include shadow, inner child, inner piece work, grief processing, and/or shamanic healing( i.e. extraction, dismemberment, soul retrieval, spirit deposession, curse unraveling, etc).

*Sessions may range from 1.5 to 2 hours. Please specify if you have a preference. Otherwise the time will flow within this range.

Feet communicate so much about overall health. The feet are a microcosm to the whole body. There are chakras and thousands of nerve endings in the feet. Keeping them open, clear, and connected to Earth is beneficial to one's overall well being and to staying true to the natural rhythms of the Soul. This service tends to be deeply nourishing, healing, and detoxifying.

I connect with energies of the feet through physical touch and pressure points in relationship to your Whole Self. I also work with the chakra energy system through the feet.

The healing art and practice of honoring and alchemizing emotion in your own hands, body, and heart-centered presence. These sessions create the space and opening for stuck or trapped emotion or grief to surface, be processed, alchemized.

Emotions are energy. Emotion is energy in motion. Stuck or suppressed emotion is stuck energy and is at the source of much dis-ease. To be in right relationship with one’s emotions is to understand them as energy, fuel, and the processing of information essential for higher evolution. To be in right relationship with one’s emotional energy is to live preventatively. When you center the rising feeling , you are remembering this energy as fuel for your transformation, heart expansion, and creative power. Emotional Alchemy Healing sessions are another form of awakening and strengthening the empathic system, opening the dimension of wisdom, by directly engaging your emotional energy with your own Earth Soul Alchemy.

A ceremony focusing on a very tender wound or area of life. Core wound, inner child soul piece, or past life aspect healing. Great for supporting deep healing dives and integrations . Up to 7.5 hours of 1:1 deep alchemy work, 24/7 crystal grid, and on call energy tending support for a 3 to 4 week period. Be ready for a transformation.

1st visit (60 min): soul questionnaire sent to you prior to session, review, opening ceremony energy cleanse,

2nd visit(90 min): emotional alchemy healing session and chakra work preparing for and tuning into heart of what is arising.
3rd visit(90 to 120 min): soul retrieval
4th visit(60 to 90 min): follow up with intuitive flow session, checking in to see what's next, closing ceremony and protection.

Deep heart and soul tending transformational work. Giving space to the tending of aspects and soul pieces creates a unified field of harmonic resonance throughout the body, mind, and spirit, that is the frequency of self love.  These sessions include an initial ritual clearing bringing to light energetic debris and blocks which may or may not include curse unraveling, contracts release, attachments clearing etc. The session continues into the heart of the ceremony and in the way your unique journey requires which always includes soul retrieval, and may include past life healing, ancestral healing, and more. This work can create a profound detox in the bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical). During the 3 weeks you are held in the support of ceremony, a daily tended crystal grid, and on call intuitive support or energy check-ins are available to you. Ceremony is the language of the Soul and also provides a sacred frequency to support this deep level focus of healing and transformation.

Opening up the channels of divination with stones, plants, cards, or runes to intuit messages on your behalf and communicate with soul energy. You will be asked to bring up to two questions, or intentions to the reading. The divination often opens up a dialogue helping to move energy. Often my hands are guided to do a little energy work supporting energy shifts and openings to assist you in a clearer reception.
