When Kundalini wakes up in the body, it is an elemental force of Nature, Creative Force power, that we must learn to embody as our own power. This occurs through the art of surrender and deep listening. Awakened Kundalini is a deeply transformative journey of which is highly recommended to have mentoring. I am honored to walk with you.

  • In these sessions I will guide you into a new relationship with Kundalini. I help you to understand where it may be getting stuck in your chakras and how to release, allow, embody.

    These sessions involve channeled intuitive conversation, breathwork, yoga, and heart center presence meditation.
