Heart Light Frequency (H.L.F.) creates soul attunements and energy healing experiences that work somatically and through the chakra system to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into alignment. *The healing current is a coded frequency unique to you, the Holy Trinity of Heart Light — Cosmos, Earth, and You (Above, Below, Within) — aligning you with the Core Creation energies that support your evolution and inner harmony.

*The sessions are called in through ceremony with a personal altar.. We begin with a checking in and reading from the altar and your energy, intuitive conversation flow, emotional alchemy process tending to the rising feeling, followed by HLF energy healing. The energy will have messages during the session via spiritual energies. A recap of the session will be emailed to you to support your complete integration with integration guidance.

*the 3 days following the healing are very sacred time for integrating and making real time changes. the email recap of the session will guide you into maximizing this sacred integration time.

This offering supports deeper tending or more complex unravelings (which may include shadow, inner child, inner piece work, grief processing, and/or shamanic healing( i.e. extraction, dismemberment, soul retrieval, spirit deposession, curse unraveling, etc).

Feet communicate so much about overall health. They also bear the burden of our weight in the world and carry us place to place. The feet are a microcosm , a mini map, to the whole body(organs, systems, and emotional health). There are chakras and 100’s of thousands of nerve endings in the feet. By applying alternating pressure to specific points(reflexes) on the feet, allows the body to restore balance and self healing.

Keeping the chakras of the feet open, clear, and connected to Earth is beneficial to one's overall well being and to staying true to the natural rhythms of the sole and soul. This service tends to be deeply nourishing, healing, and naturally detoxifying.

I connect with energies of the feet through physical touch and pressure points in relationship to your Whole Self. I listen through the pressure and the body will talk to me and guide me.  I also work with the chakra energy system through the feet.

Reflexology has been known to alleviate psychological imbalances i.e. anxiety, depression, nervousness, and can support in balancing brain chemistry, reduce stress, activate immune system, and much more.

The healing art and practice of honoring and alchemizing emotion in your own hands, body, and heart-centered presence. These sessions create the space and opening for stuck or trapped emotion or grief to surface, be processed, alchemized.

Up to 7.5 hours of 1:1 deep alchemy work, 24/7 crystal grid, and on call energy tending support for a 3 to 4 week period. Be ready for a transformation.

1st visit (60 min): soul questionnaire sent to you prior to session, review, opening ceremony energy cleanse,

2nd visit(90 min): emotional alchemy healing session and chakra work preparing for and tuning into heart of what is arising.
3rd visit(90 to 120 min): soul retrieval
4th visit(60 to 90 min): follow up with intuitive flow session, checking in to see what's next, closing ceremony and protection.

This work can create a profound detox in the bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical). During the 3 weeks you are held in the support of ceremony, a daily tended crystal grid, and on call intuitive support or energy check-ins are available to you.
